You can browse the FreeHAL 2009 source code at this link.

If you use GNU/Linux or another Unix-based system with subversion installed, you can run the following command to download the source code:
svn co http://freehal.org/code/hal2009
A copy of the code will be placed in the hal2009 subdirectory.
